Recipe: Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Peel and dice your potatoes.
- Spread them on a rimmed baking sheet and coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Roast at 425 (on convection if you have it), tossing every 5-10 minutes until they are you desired crispness (I like mine a little burnt!).
