Recipe: Sandra's Easy Chicken Soup

 IngredientsRoughly 1/2 lbs of Chicken Breast, dicedRoughly 4 Cups Chicken Broth2 cups water1 cup of uncooked riceChopped Celery and Carrots (about 1-2 cups each)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderDirectionsPrep- 5-10 minutesInstant Pot Recipe (if you have one! If you don’t we HIGHLY recommend them!)Add all ingredients into pot, crock pot or instant potSalt and pepper to tasteCook at medium heat till veggies are soft on stove top, 6-8 hours low in crock pot or soup setting on instant pot.  Goal is cooked chicken and soft veggies.---Mom-Hack--- buy the already chopped celery and carrots mix that is likely in your grocer’s vegetable section.This recipe is so forgiving and is even better the next day! You can add more or less seasoning depending on preferences. You can also add more or less water depending on how soupy you like it (vs thick and stew-like!) You pretty much can't mess it up!
